Madison Roberts is the oldest son of Pat and Pam Roberts. He grew up in Tallahassee, Florida where he attended high school and worked part time at a gun and tackle shop. After high school Madison attended Florida State University where he determined he wanted to pursue a career that did not involve an office or a desk. Madison enjoys the outdoors whether he is fishing, hunting, riding four wheelers, or just hanging out at the sandbar with friends.
Throughout Madison’s life he fished on a recreational basis with his family and friends in the northeast Gulf of Mexico. His love for the ocean brought him to the Florida Keys to fish as a professional under the guidance of Captain Greg Graham. Madison is now beginning his third season as the mate on the "Steel Magnolia". Madison truly enjoys the opportunity he has been blessed with. “Working for my family poses its challenges but I know it is worth it in the end. I have had the opportunity to help my Mom, Dad and Brother catch their first sailfish and my father catch his first marlin. we are still working on catching my mother her first marlin, that is the best feeling in the world and I would never give that up.”
